IKIGAI: Find your propose!

How to Ikigai - Tim Tamashiro[3]

Ikigai is a Japanese word and also a concept that means a reason for being. The idea of IKIGAI will help find a direction in life, providing a sense of satisfaction, and people can take actions on themselves, thereby bringing them satisfaction and meaning[1]. According to Japanese tradition, everyone has an apparent Ikigai (or purpose in life). However, most people cannot find or reach their goals in life. According to Tim Tamashiro, “Ikigai is a treasure map that can help you find a way to see wonderful things about yourself that you can share with the world”[2].

I am not so good to talk about myself, but having read about Ikigai, in my opinion, I am on the right way to discover mine. I’ve been following a path where I do what I love most and that this can somehow be my lifestyle, bringing me happiness and satisfaction for many, many years.
